José Cardoso Botelho, general director of Vanguard Properties told Lusa News Agency that he expects all the properties in the €80 million project to have been sold before the tower is half-built and a significant part before work even begins.
He said the price of €3,500 a square metre could easily be beaten on the top floors of the tower. The 195 flats in the tower, range from single bedroom studios to six-room apartments, including duplexes, one of which is on the top floor and is already promised to a Portuguese buyer, he said.
The tower is residential only and includes various amenities such as swimming pools, a spa, garden, a padel court and a children’s area that are not common in other city centre buildings because they are relatively low.
The Campolide tower is to have 26 storeys above ground level, covering a total of 50,000 sqm of constructed area and it will have 352 parking places distributed over three underground levels.
