The show is planned to take place in the middle of the arena to give the audience a 360 degree view of the performance. So far eight cities are confirmed on the ‘Drones World Tour’, which starts on 5 April 2016 in Dublin, Ireland.
In other music news the Portuguese nominees have been revealed for the MTV Europe Music Awards
Portuguese Reggae singer Richie Campbell is among the national nominees for an MTV Europe Music Award in the Best Portuguese Act category.
The other nominees are D.A.M.A, Carolina Deslandes, Agir and Carlão.
In other categories Taylor Swift has been nominated for nine awards and Justin Bieber for six; Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus will battle it out for Best Female Artist, while boy-bands One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer go head to head for Best Pop Artist and Biggest Fans.
The MTV EMAs take place in Milan on 25 October and will be shown live on MTV Portugal from 7pm.
