According to a report by ECO, during the next two months, anyone who orders a meal through the Volup premium platform will be able to receive an appraisal of a property of their choice. The campaign has been designed by Portugal Sotheby’s International and allows for customers of Volup to receive a QR Code that will allow them to access a personalised market study.

The process is simple. When ordering a meal at one of the luxury restaurants registered with Volup, the customer will receive a QR Code that they can use to find out how much a property is worth, explains Sotheby’s.

The “Learn in 30 seconds how much your property is worth” campaign will also offer meal delivery fees to the first 100 customers who use the voucher.

“We want to present and demonstrate to our current and potential customers that we have unique and innovative technology available on the market that allows access to a quick and complete statistical analysis”, says Miguel Poisson, CEO of Portugal Sotheby’s Realty.

Volup was created in December 2020 and started operating in Portugal in 2021. It is currently in Porto, Lisbon and Cascais and covers 77 luxury restaurants, including Estoril Mandarim, which has just joined the portfolio.
