In a statement, the two companies estimate an investment of around 700 million euros in this project and the creation of “approximately 200 direct and 3,000 indirect jobs”.

The factory, which the companies say will be one of “the largest and most sustainable in Europe”, is expected to have an initial production capacity of between 28,000 and 35,000 tonnes of lithium.
