The announcement comes as the Clare-based company raised €2 million in funding last month.

The new jobs will be spread across different areas, with new roles expected in development, marketing, and sales, among others.

Based in Lahinch, the company saw a revenue increase of 139% in the year leading up to the new funding.

Adam Coleman, the company’s chief executive who founded the company in 2013, said: As flexible, remote and hybrid working becomes the norm, technologies that enhance employee experience and maximise engagement are in greater demand.

"Organisations want their HR people focused on higher, more business-critical activities, that align with company-wide strategies and promote diversity, inclusion and belonging, not spending their time on form-filling and data entry.

The expansion of our team means we can continue to deliver these tailored solutions so businesses can manage and engage their people at scale, regardless of location.”
