Woolly mammoth meatballs

A company in Australia has created a meatball from the flesh of the extinct woolly mammoth in a bid to demonstrate te possibilities of growing meat for consumption from cells.

According to Sky News, “the company has already explored the potential of more than 50 species, including alpaca, buffalo, crocodile, kangaroo, peacocks and different types of fish”. As yet nobody has eaten the meatball.
