Lisbon: Fine and bright weather is to continue in the capital over the weekend with temperatures peaking at highs of 27 degrees. Prolonged sunny periods and intermittent cloud is forecast for Monday and it will be heating up again from Monday up to highs of 29 degrees with nightly lows of 15 degrees.

The north: Hazy high cloud is expected on Saturday when it will reach highs of 25 degrees on Sunday intermittent cloud and sunny spells are forecast with temperatures to peak at 27 degrees. From Monday it will be feeling hotter again with highs of 29 degrees and dropping to nightly lows of 11 degrees.

The centre: It will be feeling hot over the weekend with daily highs of 30 degrees and nightly lows of 15 degrees. Intermittent cloud and sunny periods are forecast for the following week when it will be feeling hotter still with daily highs of 31 degrees and nightly average lows of 16 degrees.

The south: On Saturday it will be feeling very hot in the south with highs reaching 32 degrees and dropping to lows of 20 degrees. On Sunday some periods of cloud cover are expected but it will be mainly bright with temperatures reaching maximums of 31 degrees and dropping to lows of 19 degrees.

Madeira: Sunny spells and intermittent cloud is forecast for the weekend when temperatures are to peak at 25 degrees and drop to lows of 19 degrees. On Monday it will feel slightly cooler with highs of 24 degrees before warming up again on Tuesday to highs of 25 degrees.

The Azores: Rain is set to continue in the Azores with the best of the weather being on Saturday when there should be prolonged breaks between showers. Temperatures are to remain mild with highs of 20 degrees and lows of 16 degrees. The rain is to continue the following week but with some sunny periods.
