Lisbon: Rain is to continue in the capital on Friday before clearing over the weekend when there will be intermittent sunshine and showers with average highs of 25 degrees. On Monday showers are forecast but by Wednesday it is to be mainly dry again with temperatures peaking at highs of 27 degrees.

The north: The wet weather is to continue throughout the weekend in the north when temperatures are to reach average daily highs of 25 degrees, with nightly lows of 14 degrees. On Monday heavy rain and sunny periods are to continue with the dry weather only expected to return by Wednesday.

The centre: After heavy rain on Friday it is set to be mainly dry on Saturday and Sunday with temperatures to reach maximums of 26 degrees and minimums of 13 degrees. On Monday there will be a chance of showers again however, from Wednesday temperatures are on the rise again, peaking at 27 degrees.

The south: Some light rain is expected on Friday but this is to clear up over the weekend when there will be hazy high cloud on Saturday and intermittent cloud cover on Sunday, with highs of 25 degrees. On Monday there will be a chance of rain but by Tuesday thermometers are on the rise again, reaching highs of 29 degrees by Thursday.

Madeira: By Friday the storms are to have passed in Madeira with mild and mainly dry weather forecast for over the weekend when temperatures are to reach highs of 26 degrees. From Monday it is to be mainly sunny with daily highs averaging 25 degrees.

The Azores: The bad weather earlier in the week is to pass and by Friday it is to be cloudy with some sunny spells. The weather is to remain the same over the weekend when highs of 21 degrees are expected. From Monday more rain is on the cards and this is to become heavier as the week progresses.
