By participating, trainees will be entitled to receive a food allowance (€6 for each day of training) and also a certificate. ACRAL’s training courses are carried out in two formats, mixed or face-to-face. In the mixed format, one of the sessions is in person and takes place at the ACRAL Headquarters (Rua Dr. José de Matos, nº 58 A, 8000-502 Faro) and the remaining are online. In the face-to-face format, all sessions are held at the ACRAL Headquarters (Rua Dr. José de Matos, nº 58 A, 8000-502 Faro).

Under the terms of paragraph 2 of article 131 of the Labour Code, professional training is a right of all workers and an obligation of employers, regulated by the Labour Code and the various Labor Agreements. Every company is required to provide their employees with a minimum of 40 hours of continuous training per year to at least 10 percent of their employees, if a company does not comply with ongoing training for its workers, which is an obligation, it is subject to pay a fine.
