There is so much talk about manifestation these days. In the 36 spiritual laws, I cover the true Laws of Creation - prosperity, manifestation, abundance, success and prayer. Remember that your thoughts are prayers! I picked The 36 Spiritual Laws up the other day and read

As Within so without. The universe rearranges itself to reflect your reality.

Here is a simple story of literally as within so without that was told to me by a friend.

Bob and Margaret had ended their relationship and were in conflict. He kept telling her and everyone else that he wanted them to make peace. She was not interested. She verbally attacked him whenever she saw him. Bob was in despair. He hated fighting and simply did not know how to bring peace into the situation.

A very wise friend of his drew him aside one day and said, ‘Bob. She feels threatened by you. She is not ready to make peace yet. The only way you can handle it is to find peace with yourself.’ This was such a revelation to him. He realised that the only way he could make peace was by having peace within himself. Spiritual law is so simple. Peace within leads to peace in your life. When everyone finds inner peace, there will automatically be world peace.

November Full supermoon on 5th November – the Beaver full moon

In the northern hemisphere, the Beaver moon is named after the hard work of beavers building their winter dams. But even in the southern hemisphere, it is sometimes known as the Beaver moon, because wherever you are, it is about preparation for the next stage.

Numerologically, the full moon falls on a 7 day – 5+1+1+2+2+5 = 7. This moon is bringing in a particularly spiritual energy, influencing us to prepare spiritually, with special emphasis on qualities of gratitude, joy, love - and most above all, cosmic expansion.


When you stand outside and look up at the stars and moon, or visualise yourself doing so, consider the vastness of the cosmos. Out there in the ineffable universe are stars and planets where the beings are sending you love and healing and joy and abundance. Open your heart to the wonders of the universe. Just as with the law of prayer, the more you acknowledge the universe and give thanks, the more it sends you.

Communicating with nature, trees, elementals and animals

This morning, as I crunched through a pile of golden-brown autumn leaves I thought nostalgically about the most wonderful and exciting summer of 2024. A Guide was teaching me about telepathy, especially with the trees, the elementals and the natural world. Ever since then, I have had a much closer communication with the trees and nature.

I loved it when the willow and ash trees told me that they did not like to be called weeping willows and weeping ash as the energy of weeping lowered the frequency. They wanted to be called cascading willows and cascading ash. Now every morning as I walk my dogs, I can’t wait to communicate, especially with the trees.

Because my dogs are getting older, I don’t walk so far with them but recently we visited an old oak tree that I hadn’t seen for some time. Imagine my delight when it greeted me like a long-lost friend. It was so pleased to see me again. We tend to think of trees as our friends, but it works both ways. Trees love you too once you formed a relationship with them.

Communicating with the elementals

In September, for my birthday, I was in India and the elementals in England asked me to send their Love to the elementals in the Himalayas. So when I was in Dharamasala I sat on my balcony that overlooked the tree covered foothills of the Himalayas. I was very aware of all the elementals in the trees. On the first evening I opened my arms and sent them love and greetings from my elemental friends in England. There was an immediate joyful response from the elementals in India. They were so delighted and excited to make the communication and connection and sent back so much love.


In fact, they were so full of love that I am told it raised their frequency. We humans can help the elemental and natural realms to ascend.

Communicating with the elementals also adds to our Ascension frequencies. It is not only we humans who are creating networks of understanding and love.

Communicating with my dogs

Since I worked on telepathy, I have had a much better ability to talk to my dogs and all creatures. Since Venus, my very spiritual dog, has been ill, this has made it much easier to help her.

Venus has always sat with me when I’m meditating or doing a workshop. She holds the energy and is a wonderful help. Now she is withdrawing and my other dog, Sugar, is stepping forward. Sugar has started to sit with me when I meditate. She has recently told me that she never felt good enough to hold the energy. However, Venus has now given her permission and the confidence to take on the role. I am so glad I know this, for I can encourage Sugar and help to build her confidence up too.
