As a result, Lusíadas Saúde was awarded the “Consumer Choice” and “Five Stars” at the awards.
In a press release, the group states that “this is the sixth consecutive year that the Group has won these awards, after receiving the Superbrand distinction for the eighth consecutive year in October last year.”
“In the 14th edition of ‘Consumer Choice', which assesses brand performance through direct consumer experience, Lusíadas Saúde was voted by the Portuguese as the leading brand in the ‘Private Hospitals’ category, achieving an overall score of 90.9%.”
For the purposes of the evaluation, 12,592 consumers were surveyed and “the Group’s performance was compared with that of other leading players in the market, reinforcing its leadership in customer satisfaction.”
"In addition to being the best brand and the one that most won over consumers, Lusíadas Saúde was also distinguished in the same category in the “Five Star” Award, with a final rating of 80.7%. To award this distinction, fundamental criteria in which the Group stood out were evaluated, namely satisfaction with the experience (8.4), intention to recommend (8.60), trust in the brand and capacity for innovation, confirming Lusíadas Saúde’s commitment to clinical rigour and quality of care," reveals Lusíadas Saúde in a statement.
The new awards come “after Lusíadas Saúde was recognised with the Superbrand seal for the eighth consecutive year in October last year. This international award highlights brands that stand out for their excellence and commitment to quality and consumer confidence.”
