The Ingrid storm seems determined to leave no land untouched by snow. This morning, the village of Moselos, in Viseu, experienced heavy snowfall, an event that hasn’t occurred in almost 20 years.
Since Portugal isn’t known for snow, except in some mountain regions like Serra da Estrela, this event comes as a surprise to most residents.
