Police said last night the 20-year old had been charged with murder and theft. He was arrested during a police roadblock in Faro.


He was found to be driving without a licence, before police confirmed that he was driving his victim’s car.


The 59-year-old British national was found dead in his home after having allegedly been stabbed by the younger man with whom he had been having a relationship.
