The airline will serve 11 destinations in the UK and Europe this summer and base two of its existing Embraer E195 aircraft in the Welsh capital.
As well as Faro Flybe now offers flights to a number of European cities from Cardiff, including Düsseldorf, Munich, Milan and Paris.
