Having dropped by up to between 10 and 16 percent since February, petrol prices are to rise by around half a cent a litre this Monday.
The increases come after OPEC and allies led by Russia agreed on Sunday to a record cut in output to prop up oil prices amid the coronavirus pandemic in an unprecedented deal with fellow oil nations, including the United States, that could curb global oil supply by 20%.
Just shows how scrupulously extortionate these retail oil companies really are!
The oil price didn't even change much after those announcements and the oil they are selling now was dead cheap anyway... I hope it will fire back on them soon! Tbey deserve to be hit badly in the comng months.
