Carlos Urroz, director of ARCOMadrid, said yesterday that he is convinced that the event in the Portuguese capital “will be a success” by making the most of the city’s “historic flavour” and the “strength of Portuguese artists”. ARCOLisboa, as the event is to be called, is to take place next May in the Cordoaria old royal rope-works.
