The advisory was issued this morning by the Met Office, and covers Tavira, Castro Marim and Alcoutim.
Loulé, Silves, São Brás de Alportel, Portimão, Lagos and Aljezur have been placed on orange alert due to prevailing weather conditions said to be conducive to the outbreak of fires.
Thursday evening and Saturday morning.
