You will also reduce chemical consumption making it easier to maintain your swimming pool overall.
However, not all solar swimming pool covers are the same. Aqua Pura has been providing the highest quality solar pool covers for over 25 years. Many have tried to imitate our covers but have never been able to duplicate them. Our unique and tested system allows for one person to operate the cover and our one-piece rollers make them far superior to the telescopic rollers offered by the competition.
Aqua Pura uses only the finest Geo Bubble covers that are treated with both UV and chemical attack resistance. The AQP500 solar pool covers are manufactured using the unique GeoBubble profile. The GeoBubble has a much larger footprint than traditional solar covers which allows for more expansion of the air in the bubble shape. The figure “8” design makes the bubble strong enough to hold expanding air and will not stretch and burst under pressure. The GeoBubble’s large footprint also acts as an insulator, retaining heat in the swimming pool, plus it helps the solar cover stick to the water making it more difficult to lift with the wind.
Main benefits of an AQP500 Solar Pool Cover:
• Save water. The AQP500 cover stops up to 99.84% of evaporation
• You’ll swim sooner and longer – your pool cover will increase the water temperature by up to 8°C, giving you a warmer pool, for longer
• Savings on your electricity bills by cutting down on your heat pump consumption
• Your chemical consumption will be greatly reduced. Once a pool cover is installed, automated chlorinators can be turned down
• All AQP500 covers are suitable for both salt water and chlorinated pools
• All AQP500 solar pool covers are specially treated to resist UV damage and chemical attack
• Installation within 1-3 days of ordering
• An AQP technician will come out to your property to confirm all measurements prior to the fabrication of your cover
• Made in Portugal – helping the local economy
