Lagoa Informa writes that the incident occurred around 5am when the group, except for two members, scattered as the GNR patrol arrived. Approached by the agents, they did not obey the order to demobilise and showed resistance, thus ending up in detention. A report of arrest was made and the individuals are present to court on Monday, 23 March.

It should be noted that if a citizen disobeys the measures imposed by the state of emergency, Article 348 of the Penal Code is applied, which stipulates that “whoever fails to obey to a legitimate order or warrant, regularly communicated and issued by the authority or competent employee, is punished with imprisonment of up to one year or with a fine of up to 120 days.”
