Political agreement reached on health certificate to save summer

The Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament have reached an agreement on the health certificate to facilitate free movement in the EU in the context of the covid-19 pandemic.

The so-called ‘free pass’ to facilitate free movement in the EU in the context of the pandemic should come into force on July 1, according to the political agreement reached yesterday.

The digital document attests to a holder’s vaccination against Covid-19, testing or recovery.

And if you can't get it digitally you can put a stamp on your fore head noting that you got vaccinated.
