The Mayor of the Madrid region, Isabel Diaz Ayuso said on Twitter: “Metropolitano [Atlético Madrid stadium], will have 30% of the capacity for the game against Portugal, on 4 June”.

The Portuguese football team will face Spain in Madrid, as part of the preparations of the two teams for participation in the final stage of Euro2020.

After the friendly with Spain, Portugal will conclude their preparations for Euro2020, in which they will defend their title won in 2016, with a game against Israel on 9 June, at the José Alvalade stadium, in Lisbon.

Portugal make their debut in the Euro2020 in group F against Hungary, in Budapest, on 15 June, they will then face Germany, in Munich, on the 19th, and France, the current world champion and runner-up in Europe, on 23 June, again in Budapest.

Euro2020 has been postponed to this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic and will run from 11 June to 11 July.
