According to information available on the website of ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal, three flights operated by TAP, originating in Lisbon and Porto, and another three operated by Jet2.com, from the United Kingdom, were cancelled due to strong winds.

The airport operation in the archipelago has been conditioned since Saturday.

The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA) has placed the south coast of the island of Madeira and Porto Santo on a yellow weather warning due to high seas until 15:00 today.
