Traffic on the Autoestrada do Sul (A2) is restricted at
kilometre 188, in the Almodôvar area, due to the crash of a heavy goods vehicle
which led to its load of frozen food spilling across the road.

A source from the District Center for Operations and Relief
(CDOS) in Beja told Lusa, that the incident took place at around 6:00am, in the
Lisbon-Algarve direction, and caused one minor injury.
The vehicle was transporting frozen products, which spilled
and ended up across the carriageway, forcing traffic restrictions.
