On February 5, there will only be trains between Reboleira and Pontinha and between Praça de Espanha and Santa Apolónia. On the Pontinha-Praça de Espanha section, six Carris routes will be reinforced: 701, 726, 729, 746, 768, and 58B.

Metro de Lisboa will install the new railway signaling system on the Blue Line by the end of 2023. “The new system will allow continuous control of train movement and an increase in the frequency and regularity of the public transport service provided, guaranteeing, more effectively, the offer of trains, in numbers and frequencies more adapted to the needs of customers”, says the company in a note on their official page.
