Human thoughts are the golden bridges across which angels travel to assist people. When we work hand in hand with the angels, magic and miracles can happen and in the golden future that awaits us, we will naturally all work together for the highest good.

Employ the Angels


Many years ago when I first started on the angel path, while I attended a course in Glastonbury, I stayed in a B & B. I did not know that the owner was a medium who saw angels! When I arrived back after the first day, she pointed to me accusingly. ‘You,’ she said, ‘Went out today leaving dozens of angels unemployed! They’ve been lolling about here all day with nothing to do!’

I learnt then that there are millions of angels simply waiting to help us. They evolve through assisting us. However, unless we direct them, they can do nothing.

Ask them to help under grace, because you must not interfere with anyone’s karma. The words ‘under grace’ mean that the angel can only do what the soul of the person will allow.

So, if you see some disaster on the news, ask the angels to go there to help. If you see an ambulance, ask the angels of healing to go to the person in need. Where you feel heavy energy, ask the angels of purification to shine their light into that place.

The more you link with them and direct them to assist others and the planet, the more angels will surround you.

Angels often find solutions that you would never have thought of. I had a neighbour who left her dog at home all day. He used to howl and was clearly lonely and miserable. At last I could stand it no longer. Every day when I passed the house I asked the Angel of Animals to help the dog. A couple of weeks after I started asking for help I passed the lady walking her beautiful hound. I stopped to speak to her and she told me that she had been made unexpectedly redundant and so she was at home all day!!

If you have a gut feeling that someone needs help, just call in the angels and ask them to go to that person. Don’t hesitate. Ask at once. I knew someone who woke in the night with a gut feeling that his brother was in trouble. He quickly sent angels to him. It transpired that at that moment his motorbike was hit by a car! He flew into the air and felt himself landing slowly, gently, unhurt. His motorbike was a total write off.

If you see a person or animal in difficulties immediately send out a thought to the angels to assist them under grace. But if you have more time here is a visualisation to create the golden bridge across which angels can fly.


You always receive rewards for all the good that you send out.

When you visualise a person whole and healthy, a situation resolved or a war zone at peace, the angels can use your positive pictures to bring that about. It really assists them in their task.

Creating the Golden Bridge

1. Find a space where you can be undisturbed.

2. Breathe comfortably and ground yourself.

3. Ask Archangel Michael to place his deep blue Cloak of Protection round you.

4. Think of a person or place where you would like to direct the angels.

5. Imagine your thoughts creating a golden bridge to them.

6. As you focus on it, with each outbreath, it becomes wider and more golden.

7. See, sense or visualise a whole host of angels moving along it to the destination you have named.

8. Sense the person, situation or area lighting up and becoming peaceful, resolved and healed.

9. Ask for an outcome for the highest good of all.

10. When you have finished, thank the angels, open your eyes and know that you have helped someone, the world and the angels.
