There was an earthquake in Donegal during the early hours of Saturday morning, according to the Irish National Seismic Network (INSN).

The earthquake clocked in at 2.5 on the Richter scale and happened around 1.30am.
The earthquake was felt throughout the county and was picked up by seismic stations across Ireland.
