According to a report by Postal, Viseu is the district with the most houses below the 150,000 euro threshold, followed by Coimbra and Porto
Until November, Remax Portugal had 27,075 houses for sale, of which 6,407 (23.7%) had a price equal to or less than 150,000 euros, says the company.
The executive director of Remax, Beatriz Rubio, points out in a statement the problems in the real estate market in Portugal, “such as the gap between supply and demand, the delay and rigidity of the licensing process, the high tax burden and a rental market uncompetitive”, while reinforcing the importance of “increasing the supply of this housing at more affordable prices”.
Viseu is the district with the most houses below the 150,000 euro threshold, followed by Coimbra and Porto, with Faro occupying 10th place in the ranking.
Of these 80% are inhabitable.

Stats , well, the easiest form to deform a subject while appearing to be intellectually honest. The numbers provide are correct, but they are a fraction / glimpse of the real picture and any conclusions derived from it are merrily delusional
