According to the publication, as of February 2024, EDP – Energias de Portugal is the most valuable company in Portugal, with a market cap of $16.91 billion. Portugal's top five most valuable companies were also revealed, with some of the world's most well-known brands seen in the list.


In second place is EDP Renováveis ($15 billion), Jerónimo Martins ($14 billion) takes the third position, in fourth place is Galp Energia ($12 billion) and finally, Banco Comercial Português ($4.32 billion) completing the top five.
