For the first time, Poland has surpassed Russia in export value, according to 2023 World Bank data.

Poland’s exports increased to $469 billion, when compared to $433.7 billion in 2022, while Russia’s stood at $466.6 billion, down from $640.9 billion due to sanctions.
Poland is now the world’s 19th largest exporter.
