"The process of establishing phytosanitary requirements for the export of blueberries to Israel has been completed," it announced in a statement.
Israel will now issue licenses to any company that requests to import blueberries from Portugal.
According to the same note, those interested in this process should contact the DGAV regional services so that phytosanitary inspections can be carried out to issue the respective certificates.
The DGAV is a central service of the State's direct administration, with administrative autonomy.

Portugal should not be exporting anything to Israel, a country identified by the International Court of Justice as committing genocide in Gaza!

I'm sure the blueberry growers in Portugal will be happy, along with the Israelis lucky enough to enjoy this low-sugar, low carb treat. Win-win for the two countries.
