The north: It is to remain dry and bright on Saturday with highs of 28 degrees and lows of 10 degrees. On Sunday, it will be feeling cooler with highs of 26 degrees and lows of 13 degrees. On Monday, heavy showers are expected, but it will remain warm with highs of 23 degrees. The rain is to continue on Tuesday.

The centre: It is to be mainly sunny on Saturday with highs of 27 degrees and lows of 13 degrees. On Sunday, hazy high cloud is forecast with highs of 26 degrees. On Monday, some light showers are predicted with highs of 23 degrees. By Tuesday, it is to be mainly dry again but with a chance of some rain.

The south: Highs of 26 degrees are expected on Saturday and of 25 degrees on Sunday, with prolonged periods of sunshine and some cloudy spells. On Monday, cloud cover is to increase again and there will be a chance of rain, which will continue as the week progresses with average highs of 25 degrees.

Madeira: Rain is forecast for Saturday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 22 degrees with lows of 16 degrees. On Sunday, cloud cover is to increase and for the remainder of the week, there will be a chance of rain with average highs of 22 degrees.

The Azores: The rain is expected to ease over the weekend, with temperatures set to hit highs of 18 degrees with lows of 12 degrees. A mixture of sunshine and heavy cloud with a chance will continue throughout the following week.
