The debate, which will last 75 minutes, is scheduled for 8:30 pm, and will be broadcast on RTP, SIC and TVI.
Seguro and Ventura will compete in the second round of the presidential elections on 8 February, after winning 31.1% and 23.5% of the votes, respectively, on 18 January.
A week ago, presidential candidate André Ventura challenged his opponent to three debates during the second-round campaign and accused him of "wanting to run away" from discussions out of "fear of confrontation".
Days later, Ventura accused António José Seguro of refusing to participate in the debate organised by the radio stations and of avoiding confronting ideas because "he spent an entire campaign saying generalities".
The campaign for the second round of the presidential elections begins the day after the official results map is published or, if it is not published by then, on 31 January.
