Billing itself as the “gastronomic event of the year” the Gourmet Culinary Extravaganza features five events staged over the three days in the Conrad Algarve’s various restaurant areas.

Numerous Michelin-star-awarded chefs are involved in the event, including the Conrad’s resident chef Heinz Beck, the two-Michelin star Portuguese chef José Avillez, and the three-Michelin-starred Kevin Fehling.
