Their return to pre-pandemic opening times is part of new measures announced by Lisbon Council last Thursday and in effect since last Friday. All commerce, retail and services establishments are allowed to return to pre-pandemic opening times, with the exception of cafés, which must close at 9pm and petrol stations are still banned from selling alcohol.

I just wonder who wants to stay in a shopping centre wearing a mask so late at night. Restaurants without outdoor seating have massive problems, because people don't want to be indoors. So, let's see how all this really benefits anybody.
