During a patrolling action to protect the forest against fire, the military, passing close to a detached house, found several cannabis plants on the porch.

The GNR military, when making the necessary inquiries due to the presence of cannabis plants and knocked on the door of the house.

The military then detected more plants inside the house, on the patio and in attachments, as well as dozens of individual bags of cannabis leaves, leading to the arrest of the suspect.

This action resulted in the seizure of 35.320 doses of hashish, 81 cannabis plants, 352 Euros cash, a shotgun and four ammunitions.

The detainee, after being present on September 12, to the Judicial Court of Caldas da Rainha, was subject to the measure of coercion of term of identity and residence.
