Segunda Liga SC Olhanense, who finished last season in seventh place losing only two of their last seventeen games, entertain Varzim on Sunday 31st July in the first round of the League Cup. Kick-off at the José Arcanjo Stadium, Olhão (behind McDonalds on the EN125) is 4.00pm and tickets are available on the day.


For regular supporters a season ticket costs 50 euros plus an annual monthly membership fee of 7euros bringing the total for a minimum of twenty-two games to just 134 euros.


Last weekend Olhanense used their new pitch for the first time and ran in seven goals, without reply, against Algarve Champions Armacenenses.


New boys Aguilar, Viera and Doudou Mangni bagged two each with a sweet strike from trialist Fabrício completing the rout against the outfit from Armanção de Péra.
