Albufeira Mayor José Carlos Rolo said "Given the state of some properties, some apartments in the city of Albufeira and the village of Paderne, the Council decided to exempt property owners from municipal taxes to encourage the rehabilitation of such properties”.
He expects there to be a significant take-up of the IFRUU 2020 programme.

Would be nice to have a it of this treatment in Lagos, wasn't long ago the Albufeira council also offered free esplanada space in the off season! In lagos we get nothing!
