The airline said the majority of its cabin crew turned up for work, but three flights have been cancelled. The union that called the action (the SNPVAC) said up to 90 percent of its Portuguese personnel stayed home today, and accused Ryanair is “illegally" replacing striker with workers from other bases. Strikes are also to be staged on Easter Sunday, and next Wednesday (4 April).

Don't agree at all with strikes...you loose the point. If you don't work don't complaint. Not working its also a set back for you.
