Algarve county with zero Covid cases

The Algarve border town of Alcoutim is one of eight counties in the country which currently boasts no positive Covid-19 cases.

Other Algarve towns with low infection rates are Aljezur and Castro Marim. Counties grouped in the next level are Olhão, São Brás de Alportel, Silves, Tavira and Vila Real de Santo António.

Vila do Bispo, with 446 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and Portimão, with 438, come close to the limit of 480 cases, which would have seen them placed in the next level of alert.

The only reason they have no covid cases is because they have the intelligence not to go and be tested.the PCR test is a scam.
