Miguel Albuquerque, the President of the Regional Government of Madeira, has invited Boris Johnson to spend his honeymoon in Madeira

A statement from the Regional Government said the invitation was made by letter, in which Albuquerque assures Johnson that the island of Madeira is a safe destination, and recalls that, despite the difficulties, since the beginning of the pandemic, it has been considered the safest destination in Europe.

Boris should follow his own advice and only go to a green zone country. The Falkland Islands would be a great idea for him, a long way away and with luck he might make them 'amber' with 24 hours notice and then he wouldn't be able to get back. What a shame! We would miss him (but not a lot)
