According to PSP, the man was the target of at least two shots and died at the Hospital de São José.
The PSP said that the alert was given at 02:24 and the incident took place in front of the Cais Sodré train station.
The PSP does not know the age of the victim, as well as the circumstances in which this crime took place.
The case is now being investigated by the Judiciary Police.
