According to data from the National Statistics Institute (INE), for buyers with tax domicile abroad, the median price of houses was 2,209 euros/m2, a value lower than that recorded in the previous quarter, of 2,302 euros/m2.

However this is markedly higher than buyers with tax domicile in Portugal, where the house price was 1,428 euros/m2 (in the fourth quarter of 2021 it had been 1,319 euros/m2).
