A man managed to cross the 25 de Abril Bridge on an electric
scooter yesterday afternoon (7 August), but was intercepted by a PSP officer on
a motorcycle after crossing.

According to Correio da Mnahã, the incident took place
shortly before 5:00 pm, in the Lisbon-Almada direction, and was filmed by
people in a car who were surprised by being overtaken by the electric scooter which
was travelling at over 70 kilometres per hour.
According to an official source from the PSP, the man was intercepted now faces a fine of between €120 and €600.

Looks like he had no helmet and certainly no other body protection. should be given maximum punishment for that alone not to mention the chaos he may have caused to himself and possibly others should an accident have happened.
