In a statement reported by NM, Coldwell Banker says it sold three houses a day in Portugal last year, considering five working days of work, which represents a 30% growth compared to 2021.
In the luxury segment, which Coldwell claims to lead worldwide, through its Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® banner, the average sales value recorded in Portugal was 1.7 million euros.

The Portuguese "real estaters" still need to franchise these "piroso"/brash foreign names like Coldwell Banker City or Remax to sell properties? They could just invent some of their own and would save a lot of money in silly royalties...
