In 2026, the year the Youth America Grand Prix celebrates its 27th anniversary, Lagoa was chosen to host this important European semifinal, welcoming participants from dance academies around the world. This moment represents a significant cultural boost for the municipality, reinforcing Lagoa's position as a leading destination for major international artistic events.
The event will take place at the Lagoa Congress Centre from 17 to 22 February, with free admission. The initiative has the support of the Lagoa City Hall, reaffirming the Municipality's commitment to promoting culture, youth, and the internationalisation of the region.
