Meanwhile, in a statement, SIC said that Portugal's victory registered a "total of 3,677,000 viewers, or 37% of the population in Portugal."
The most-watched moment of the game occurred at 00:19, according to SIC.
"The match between Portugal and Croatia led the ratings with a 67% share and an average audience of 24.4%."
