Speaking to Lusa, a GNR source said that circulation was restored at 9.35am in both directions, after the removal of the heavy vehicle involved in the accident.
The warning for the accident, a collision between a heavy and a light vehicle, which caused two minor injuries and a serious one, was given at 6.30am.
