Problems with deliveries and a lack of customer support are the main complaints made to the official consumer Complaints Portal.
Since the beginning of the year 311 complaints have been made, which is up 61 percent on the number made during the same timeframe last year







The quoted figure of +61% complaints is meaningless without the context of how often these delivery services are being used. If overall usage is up more than 61%, then the rate of complaints per use (the relevant measure) is actually decreasing.
