The sale of the land in Entrecampos, with an area of 143,000 square metres, was approved in July.
Economic newspaper Diário Económico, said that the interested parties include insurance company Fidelidade, mainly owned by the Chinese Fosun group, Ikea and US funds Blackstone and Lone Star.
