The project, which is being developed by Lisbon Council, aims to improve the participants’ independence by giving them the opportunity to make their own choices and decisions such as about where to live, who to live with and how to live. The project represents an investment of 152,000 euros and, should it be successful could be rolled out on a larger scale.
